All announcements (procurement plans and public tenders) can be viewed on the website of the Electronic Public Procurement Notice of the Republic of Croatia, where in the left menu click on “Search for announcements – Simple (public procurement)” and in the Published documents section, in the Search field enter under Contracting Authority: Opatija 21, in order to obtain a list of all published public procurement procedures.

In accordance with Art. 28, paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette No. 120/16 and 114/22) and Art. 4. paragraph 1 of the Regulations on the procurement plan, contract register, prior consultation and market analysis in public procurement (Official Gazette No. 101/17 and 144/20), the Procurement Plan of Opatija 21 d.o.o. and all its changes can be followed on the website of the  Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia via the link: https://eojn.hr/procurement-plans-all , where you enter Opatija 21 in the search engine and click on "Download" to get the current Procurement Plan.
