The bus parking fee includes the transfer of the driver from the parking location to the hotel and vice versa.
The "stop fee" amount is equal to the blocking or unblocking price for the bus without a valid parking permit (price determined by the Decision of the Town of Opatija) - 100,00 €.
Parking in the Opatija town centre - Slatina (Trg Vladimira Gortana) is also the headquarters of the dispatch service that will help and direct you accordingly.
At this location (situated in the centre of Opatija), buses are parked for shorter periods of time (few hours). You will find short-term bus stopping opportunities for boarding and deboarding of passengers - in the immediate vicinity there is a public toilet, as well as waste bins, waiting space, gas station, newsstands and an exchange office, there are also several hotels, coffee rooms and parks nearby.
The system of transportation and parking is arranged to assist the drivers as much as possible:
Once you arrive at the dispatch service (at the bus parking lot Slatina), our employees will assist you further if you need directions or help arriving to the hotel or other destination in Opatija (Follow-me vehicle). After you drop off your passengers at their destination, our employees will take you to the designated parking where you can park your bus and then transfer you to your destination (hotel). It takes just a phone call to the dispatcher and they will take you back to your bus.
