| * The right to purchase an employee monthly parking ticket is exercised by employees of companies and institutions located within a radius of 100 meters from the Gorovo garage. The employee monthly parking ticket can be used in the period from September 1 to June 30 exclusively on floor 1+ The user of an employee parking ticket is obliged to extend the monthly commercial parking ticket no later than 8 days after its expiration. If the payment is not made within the specified period, it is considered that the parking space has been abandoned and it will be allocated to the next user on the waiting list. |

- The sale of monthly parking tickets for all potential new users in the category of employees and tenants, or annual tickets for new users in the category of coaches and professors, has been temporarily suspended due to insufficient parking capacity.
- MONTHLY RESIDENTS PERMIT – Residents living in the vicinity of the garage at the following addresses are eligible for a monthly resident parking permit: Stubište Lipovica, Ive Kaline, Ulica maršala Tita (nr. 9, 12, 14, 15, 17, and 18), and Ulica Mate Tentora (nr. 2, 4, 6, and 8).
- MONTHLY EMPLOYEE PERMIT – Employees of the Opatija City Administration, tenants within the Marino Cvetković Sports Hall, the Tax Administration (Opatija), the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County Department of Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection (Opatija), Parkovi d.o.o., the Croatian Employment Service (Opatija), the Opatija Municipal and Misdemeanour Court, the State Geodetic Administration (Opatija Office), and the "Naša djeca" Society are eligible for a monthly employee parking permit.
